You will need:
- A ruler
- A blank sheet of paper
- A pencil
- Place a ruler flat on the ground on a blank sheet of paper
- Wear socks of medium thickness
- Line up your heel at the edge of the ruler
- Accurately measure from your heel to the tip of your big toe
- Mark the sides of your foot at the widest point
- Measure both feet for width and length and use the larger numbers to calculate your size
- If you fall between sizes, choose the next larger size
