Great boot, April 26, 2017
I had been looking at the Khyber boot in sand color and could not bear the full price. I have two pair of Kiowa and they are pretty good, but two seams blew out after about four months. When these were listed, I snatched up a pair and am very happy. The boots arrived within four days. The quality exceeds the Kiowas and the tread is great without being "too grippy". Comfort is outstanding, though there was a break-in period of about five wearings. I only gave four stars because they are not very water-resistant. Treat with your favorite spray. I will order more.

Pros: comfort, tread, quality, price
Cons: not waterprooof

Khyber boots are the best, December 25, 2016
On a trip Dec 16th to Dec 23rd 2016 to southern Colorado I knew there was going to be snow, temps between 6 and 30 degrees F and difficult terrain. In short, perfect conditions to test my new Khyber boots and they performed flawlessly; they are extremely comfortable, kept my feet protected from the cold 100% of the time and their grip of the ground (even snowy) is superb. After testing them under those conditions, they have became my favored. I actually Came back to Military to get a second pair, unfortunately my size is no longer available in any color. In any case if they still have yours and you been thinking about it, you better get them before they are gone.

Pros: Fits well & grips the terrain
Cons: Can't find one
