General Policies

We normally process and ship orders placed on our website within 24 business hours (no shipments go out on Saturday & Sunday or Holidays) from the time your order is received for in-stock items.

If an item is currently out of stock or on backorder, we will send an email (to the email address given with the order) and provide the customer with his/her alternatives such as partial ship, backorder, etc.

Custom products, such as name tapes, flight badges, etc., usually take longer. See the individual product description for estimated production times.

SPECIAL HOLIDAY EXTENSION FOR ORDERS PLACED between October 13, 2008 through December 24, 2008. Exchanges & Returns can be made through JANUARY 31, 2009!!.

For merchandise to be returned or exchanged, it must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. Exchanges are charged for all subsequent shipping & handling fees. Personalized items such as custom name tapes, flight badges are non-returnable items.

We can ship via USPS Priority to all 50 states including Alaska & Hawaii, Military APOs & FPOs, as well as Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

	» For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional $1.50 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.

	» We presently cannot accept orders outside of the continental United States except for APO's, FPO's and U.S. Territories.
